We all have those people in our lives who take those long evening strolls with their partners, read tons of books in a month, workout and have breakfast before going to work, and constantly tell you how meditation is good for mental health. Well, the catch here is that they usually don't have children! But, does that mean that all this is not important or required for us too? it ABSOLUTELY is required! The big questions here is - When on earth should I do all this? Where is the time?
